Louie has written to the Chief Executive of Thames Water asking them to visit Old Bexley and Sidcup to see first-hand the ongoing issues with Thames Water leaks and the poor standard of repairs.
Louie expressed concern over the lengthy disruption to people’s lives, our local roads and the environment due to the ongoing leaks and repairs locally which is of particular frustration at a time when Thames Water has implemented a hosepipe ban for the region.
Louie will continue to press for much needed improvements in the service Thames Water delivers to local residents and roads, and will continue to monitor and report the disruption caused locally.
