Our local businesses are the heartbeat of Bexley’s economy and high streets. I am proud to support businesses in Old Bexley and Sidcup, as well as secure boosts to our high streets including the new cinema and library in Sidcup and the new banking hub in Welling.
I will continue to work in partnership with our fantastic business groups like Sidcup Partners, Welling Town Business Associates, Bexley Village Traders and others to ensure Bexley remains a great place for local businesses, shops, restaurants, pubs, markets, and events which importantly reflects the high streets residents want locally.
This includes continuing my ongoing campaign to secure more banking hubs in our town centres.
