A General Election has been called for Thursday 4th July.
Serving you as the first ever homegrown MP for our community has been the greatest honour of my life and I am proud of what we have already achieved together.
Whether it is the new library and cinema in Sidcup, the new Banking Hub in Welling, the fantastic extra investment secured for our local schools, fighting for more train services, or the funding I have secured for new health services coming soon at Queen Mary’s Hospital, we are making good progress.
But there’s more to do to make our area even better. That’s why I am standing to be your local champion in Parliament again. To deliver:
- New and improved health services in Bexley - having secured millions for new health services, I will work with the NHS to improve all patient outcomes, including GP services.
- Improved local transport and stopping Labour’s anti-driver agenda - I will work to secure better bus and train services, more funding for Bexley roads and oppose Labour’s hammering of drivers.
- Protecting Bexley’s green and pleasant land - I will oppose Labour’s plans to build on our green belt and I will continue working with the community to improve our environment and to stop inappropriate developments.
- Backing Bexley businesses, local jobs and apprenticeships - I will continue to deliver inward investment into our local economy and improve our town centres with new businesses, jobs and apprenticeships.
- Supporting Bexley families and pensioners in their retirement - I will continue to support families with free childcare expansion and pensioners with the triple lock, which is worth £900 more this year. I will also continue to work with our schools to secure more resources.
- Making Bexley safer for everyone - Despite Sadiq Khan’s many failures, Old Bexley and Sidcup remains one of the safest areas. I will work to secure our fair share of London’s police resources, stop Labour closing more police stations and work with the police to tackle anti-social behaviour.
The choice at this election in Bexley is clear. It is me or the Labour Party who support Sadiq Khan’s hammering of motorists in Bexley, his woeful record on crime across London and whose plans to weaken the green belt protections risk turning Bexley into Lewisham. And neither Labour’s candidate nor Reform’s is even local to Old Bexley and Sidcup.
But you can rely on me to always put you, Bexley and our country first.
Please don’t let Labour ruin our lovely community in Old Bexley and Sidcup.
Vote for Louie French on Thursday 4th July, the only local candidate with a proven track record of delivering for our community.
